that is just freaking awful density. zero retail?? and this stuff is new too, so there is no excuse not to make it more neighborly and livable instead of dystopian. ugh, no thx.

we had a friend move around that recently after a breakup. she seems to be liking it, but i dk. i think because she is liking exploring around atlanta mostly. we'll see how it goes.
