^ New stock. It's always overpriced for what you get.
When I was looking for places to rent last spring, Brentwood was the most expensive neighbourhood to rent in by far......and Brentwood is a half-finished, pedestrian hellscape atm.
I happily saved hundreds of dollars a month renting in the Broadway/Commercial area.
