I know it's not pure science or based on actual travel numbers, but it's a positive sign that AAA (which is highly reputable and a big player in the American travel industry) didn't release a random list without facts behind. The fact that YVR is #1 and YYC #7 is pretty impressive, they are measuring all international travellers. To be in the same company as powerhouses like London, Paris, Cancun is a very positive sign that tourism business in YYC and YVR are selling themselves right
