There are three towers under construction now in this cluster. 31, 24, and 16 stories. The next one to start should be the proposed 60 story tower to the left of the 45 story tower. There are 55, 45, and 18 story towers approved further left closer to those cranes, but the developer abandoned the plan and is thought to be trying to sell the shovel ready plan to another developer. There are 23 and 26 story towers planned on the East side of Preston that would probably just pop out on the right side of this image behind the brown building.
