We can't afford a new arena. I don't know why this is getting any traction other than catering to the Semples yet again. Council wants to move the rail lines on Ring. $$$. The Lawson replacement was discussed by council during budget discussions in this calendar year and
expression of interest/feasibility studies are already in motion. The
$76M expansion of the Regina wastewater plant that is buried in the Viterra deal is not likely to be free to the city, even if we are in bed with Epcor on that P3 deal.
I'd like to see our council set down some priorities and that some of them be the non-🞵🞵🞵🞵 basic running of the city.
