METRIC BLVD & RESEARCH BLVD
I found this at the city of Austin website regarding rezoning of 8965 where Goodwill used to be on the corner of Metric and Research Blvd. The rezoning documents mentioned it would be 200 or more multifamily units. I don’t know the project name, but this could be a starting point for future research. Maybe someone on this forum knows more about this project.

The project at Metric/Research is/was going under the project name of "Fairfield at Goodwill" and looks like it will have about 390 residential units. On the Fairfield Residential website, looks like they are calling the project the "Luca Apartments" (

I have also started a Google Map with some of the projects I know of around my hood (North Shoal Creek), but it really spans up and down Burnet from Allandale/Crestview up to the Domain. In no way is this a comprehensive list, but I wanted to make something so I could try to keep track of the developments and get a rough idea of how many units these will bring to the market. Hope some of you fellow development and map nerds enjoy!
