RESEARCH BLVD & WATERFORD CENTRE BLVD
The property at Research Blvd & Waterford Centre Blvd is being developed as the Presidium Waterford. I was told that they are going to develop in phases. Gold’s gym will be torn down for this development to make way for these apartments. Here is the website for the development:

METRIC BLVD & RESEARCH BLVD
I found this at the city of Austin website regarding rezoning of 8965 where Goodwill used to be on the corner of Metric and Research Blvd. The rezoning documents mentioned it would be 200 or more multifamily units. I don’t know the project name, but this could be a starting point for future research. Maybe someone on this forum knows more about this project.
