Last I heard, Tesla was shuttering all their physical outlet locations and presentation shops (except ones that have maintenance services) in Canada.
So the answer to that would probably be a yes.
I believe the one on 4th and Fir is probably going to be one of the only ones still in open and in operation for the GVA, and probably one or two others only.
I could be wrong and I'm happy to be corrected (full disclosure : I'm not a Tesla owner or driver)
