It was designed to be it's own thing- with a respectable mix of retailers. I actually think they did a good job making this a good middle class destination.
Now maybe we can get a big casino across the street (with a large hotel and office highrise) at 8th & Market to attract more shoppers from outside the immediate neighborhood.
