I wonder if the half built office tower (centre right) is long for this world. There's plenty of room to intensify the block and maybe even build the right side of the building. The number of existing underground levels will certainly be a factor. I doubt there's more than one if any.

Scaffolding has come down and construction has just about wrapped up on this little building around the corner from me (1334 Dundas West). Nondescript but not bad (real brick!).

Looks good! I'm impressed.

That Montreal tower is pretty funky! It looks like they chose good cladding too.

A 2.7 million square foot, 5 floor warehouse in Ottawa's southern suburb of Barrhaven. Amazon taking 450K of that space.

Huge. Is it normal to build such large multi-tenant industrial buildings?

On the space surrounding the building is one thing, and along the property line, but do we really think an industrial parking lot is going to have ALL those trees and grass? Would seem like an unnecessary expenditure of time and money for maintenance.

I'm not sure I can recall seeing something like that.

Why is Montreal an outlier when it comes to finishes in Canada? Is it code? The locality of Chinese based glass manufacturing?
