How do you actually post pictures so they appear on the page not just as a link?

For Flickr, in your case:

1) While viewing the individual photo from your photostream, click on the Download button (in the lower-right corner), the select View all sizes:

2) From the list of possible sizes displayed above your image, click on Large 1024 (1024 × 768).
3) Right-click on the resulting image and choose Copy image location (might be slightly different wording in your browser). The link will look something like this: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50451644267_c5782100c0_b.jpg
4) In your forum post, click the Insert Image icon and then paste the image link:

For others who don't use Flickr, you need to upload your image to some other hosting service, then link to it from your forum post. Here's the process for doing this in Imgur, but it will be similar for other services:

1) Go to https://imgur.com. You don't need an account.
2) Click New Post to a create a new post.
3) Drag or paste your image to the page, or choose it from your computer.
4) Once the image is uploaded and displayed, right-click on it and choose "Copy image location" (might be slightly different wording in your browser). The link will look something like this: https://i.imgur.com/abcdefg.png

5) In your forum post, click the Insert Image icon and then paste the image link:

That's about it. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward.

Using Imgur, I use to be able to chose the size of my image, but that doesn't seem to be an option anymore. Am I missing something?

I can't believe you were awesome enough to do that for him.

(I knew you were moderator material)

Also with Imgur, I use the BBCODE link provided and I used to be able to insert the letter L to the end of the file name. That feature does not seem to work anymore but the BBCODE link does and you can bypass the insert image stuff by copying that link.

I switched to Flickr from Imgur for my posts here because some people have Imgur blocked at work. I'm pretty sure it's blocked by all Federal agencies.

Poor night picture taken last week. There were some crews working at 9 pm still.

This building is large in real life!

Latest photographs. The building shell is completed but it does not look like the render above so far. It does make the Costco look very small in comparison.

This is one of, if not the single largest buildings in the country. Not many 5,000,000 square foot buildings.

Even buildings like First Canadian Place in Toronto are about half the size.

I have a feeling they're just going to paint those horizontal stripes on. Kinda like they do on those cineplexes.

Not in Canada of course but the Pentagon across the river from Washington has 3.7 million square feet.

I drove by this building today. It is huge. I hope the city uses some intelligence and offers regular bus service right to the door.

Isn't Project Python 2.7 million sq. ft.?

Yes 2.7m sq ft - I also think the Pentagon is closer to 6m sq ft. First Canadian Place is 2.8m sq ft.
