Edit: the current estimate for the whole project is
$3 billion.
As noted earlier, the project is split into two phases.
Phase 1: Baseline to Fallowfield ($2 billion) which includes grade separations of the VIA line
Phase 2: Fallowfield to BTC ($1 billion) and includes the new MSF
The grade separations alone are $400 million.
