Not that one, looks like it's 302 W 62 Ave, designed by Stuart Howard Architects. Couldn't find much information about it online including presales and status, other than being in "preconstruction".

The standard C-2 District Schedule is only 12 pages long, though.

The linked document is the full referral report. This will probably shave of 1-2 years in these sites.

Ohhh, that's really cool!

Mass timber has the potential to really change the game up - no forming required, and the ability to essentially pre-manufacture a building inside a controlled dry environment, with basic assembly only on site.

Very neat - look forward to more progress here.

There's a UK show called "Grand Designs" on CBC early in the morning (5am - set your PVRs) and they often use prefab mass timber panels in their house construction.
(It also seems like they have no building code as there are lots of staircases without railings and other oddities.

A little to the west DailyHive reports "lululemon's new Vancouver headquarters building approved by city council" Jan 30, 2020. Currently open grass area.

There is a large lot between the above Lulu lot and Emily Carr campus, currently used as parking lot.

Medium length bike ride

Also, there were no workers and no machinery at the development just east of Red Truck by Emily Carr during the middle of a weekday. Strange?

Not sure - even downtown projects seem to have quiet days.

Onni (or their excavation subcontractor BelPacific) stopped work on the site very soon after the pandemic regulations were announced, and removed the equipment. They seem to be scaling back a bit in Seattle - they decided not to buy a Seattle site they had an option on, although they're announcing new projects in LA.
