Developers tend to stick together. Promoting your project is one thing but developers do not slander each others projects Like GS does frequently, it's just poor form.

Not sure if we will be seeing more Simons expansion in the near future. With Norstrom getting creamed last quarter and Saks/HBC/Lord and Taylor getting beat up a lot of the shine is off the department store resurgence we saw over the last 5 years.
