I thought you said it was the Mayor that was going to prevent Concord from building a tall tower or the tallest tower in Metrotown.
Now it's suddenly falling Condo prices?
Does the new Mayor control those too?
Also is Metrotown the only area suffering from falling Condo prices or are other regions (like,....say....Brentwood......or.......Gilmore....just off the top of my head), also affected too?
Does this also mean that nothing else will change between now and whenever they're presumably granted a design permit (probably a few years down the road) - like I don't know,......condo prices picking back up? The Chinese economy improving....?

Also could someone let LeftCoaster know that those extra-tall tower projects he knows about on the books, are pretty much all doomed now.
