This proposal was floating around last year, but I see that it is back before Moncton PAC again, seeking new variances:

- A proposal to convert the existing office building at 100 Cameron Street (NW corner of Cameron & Gordon) to a seniors living complex, with the addition of a second six storey attached tower

Quote:
Newco Construction on behalf of/au nom de 635612 NB LTD c/o Thomson Tax & Accounting 100 rue Cameron Street, Moncton (PID/NID 00695049) variances to (1) increase the maximum height of the building within 10 metres of the street; (2) to reduce the rear yard setback from 6 metres to 4.9 metres and; (3) to not provide balconies above the ground floor to accommodate a seniors complex
Uninspired to say the least, but hopefully of reasonable quality. At least it will add new density to the neighbourhood. I have no idea when this project will be started, but at least the file is still active.
