We don't have any 1,400 ft office towers in New York, or any new massive single tenant owned office towers of this scale. Those days seemed to be gone. But Chase has proven they are not. I'm beyond excited for this one. If you can't get excited about it, then there isn't anything for you to get excited about, at least in this part of the world, and that sucks for you. I don't know what to tell you.
