This may be an added consideration for people with families versus single people. We know from census data that there is a massive skew towards singles in apartments / condos. Choosing to play golf in lightening is easier to do when you don't have responsibilities I guess. You have a child, and my recollection is that you do not live in a condo - so there you go.
