Thank you for sharing! I am not into climbing but I know some people who have moved from out west to Winnipeg who would be extremely interested in that

seems like quite a substantial wave of residential conversion/renovation/construction downtown with this project starting now!

I think because that link encompasses a whole page and not just the photo.

I wonder if they'll peel off the brown cladding put on the sides. It was a cheap fix.

I would think they'll completely overhaul the entire building. Isn't it full of mold and asbestos?

^ Didn't the brown cladding have something to do with the mechanical in that building?

Edison Properties knows what they're doing... this building will get worked over hard.

If you're talking about the giant dark panel on the south side of the building, it's a "solar wall" (it preheats intake air).

https://www.solarwall.com/technology/solar-wall-single-stage/

I can't imagine they'll remove it.

If they're installing new mechanical, I would think it could be removed. Edison is in it for the long term. Either way, will be nice to see this building fixed up.

I'm just excited for the added people to downtown along with 300 main, TNS Residential tower and Sutton place Residential. Were talking probably 800 new units and adding nearly 1250 people to downtown. That's in the range of a 20% increase to in population for downtown.
