Nice job!

Timbercreek/Winnipeg Clinic conversion. Hopefully we will be able to add a couple more soon.

The Hyatt appears to be chugging along. Looked like stuff happening the other day while I went by the site.

You mean the Medical Arts conversion or is something also happening with the Winnipeg Clinic?

Whooops, my mistake, yes the Medical Arts Building conversion. The Winnipeg Clinic is a gem as it is.

....others are still coming.

^^ Winnipeg Clinic is a gem outside but a mess on the interior. Some places it is still vintage medical clinic but other places it has changed so much over the years there is limited historical value. Even the vintage pieces have questionable historic value as vintage medical office isn't normally something that would warrant preservation.

The Winnipeg Clinic's big surface parking lot on Kennedy Street is a little less gem-y (and it can be safely said isn't going to be sold or redeveloped any time soon).

That sounds like a wonderful opportunity to do a good interior renovation

Which has work gong on? Hyatt House or Hyatt Place? There are 2 , one downtown Hyatt Place @ 138 Portage ave east the other in suburgatory, Hyatt House (extend stay) south Winnipeg which opens first.

Oh lol.

You know much more than I do, so I’ll say it’s now “officially being proposed”.
