This seems misleading. The phase to extend rapid transit to Langley hasn't started yet. And where is the cost comparison between LRT and Skytrain technology coming from?
Apparently, from the same place where her head is stuck. SkyTrain to Langley costs $2.9 billion, and light rail is $1.95B - that's 175% more, tops.
