This seems misleading. The phase to extend rapid transit to Langley hasn't started yet. And where is the cost comparison between LRT and Skytrain technology coming from? |
Apparently, from the same place where her head is stuck. SkyTrain to Langley costs $2.9 billion, and light rail is $1.95B - that's 175% more, tops.
