I think it has always been clear that there is no common areas at the very top. Rooftop amenities almost always mean being on top of the podium and here we have a massive podium, so nothing surprising about that.

She said it could be for penthouse and they have no info and not selling them yet. She said most amenities are on 6th floor and 7th floor can access outdoor amenities like swimming pool and a small dog park. All 3 towers share them. No idea if future towers share them too. There is also a sky lounge on 35th floor which faces South West. I am disappointed that I can't see 360 degree view from 65th floor..... It would be an amazing view and an unique amenity........ What a waste ;-(
It's not a waste, those penthouse suites will be reserved for Onni's CEO's family and friends. We're not part of the elites.

Why would Onni's CEO move to suburban Brentwood?

You really scare the crab our of my heart. If that is true, should Onni inform all buyers before signing any pre sales contract ? I visited the area and the Gilmore station is not the lowest ground in that area. The Willingdon Ave toward south seems to be at a lower ground. I am not expert in this but should the water flow to the lowest ground naturally ?

I have condo's at Park Ave West and East, they really have a roof top garden at 48th floor. The view is breathtaking. You don't need to spend a million to buy upper floor to enjoy that view. Gilmore Place is missing a great amenity without a real rooftop garden, in my opinion.

There will be a lounge on 35th floor exclusive to the residents in tower 2.

The lounge only faces south west corner, not 360 degree. Also they don't know if strata will require some reservation or usage fee to use it, or make it open anytime to all residents. It is up to the residents to decide. The rep said you may see firework from Canada Place from the lounge but it may be a little small from that distance

I also notice that their pre-sale info package does not include floor plan from 35th to 40th floor. It has 8th-34th and 41st to 59th. Sky levels (60th to 62nd) are also not available yet.

Completion date is 2024 summer, it is a long wait. Brentwood will have a totally new face by that time :-) For now, back to hibernating stage, z z z Z Z Z

Buying in 2018 market something that will not be completed before 2024. Sound like a very sound investment, as I am sure the market will only keep going up in the next six years. There has never been a better time to buy!! Invest before they are gone and basically secure your early retirement!!!

You assume no realty market correction in next 6 years. Actually a correction is happening in attached and dettached homes for few months already and spreading to condo. The expected recovery in September did not happen and sales dropped more. It is almost impossible to get money out of China and hide them in foreign banks because most banks agreed to share information for their citizens starting 9/1/2018, that include life insurance contract with cash value too. Without these Crazy Rich Asians (movie name) money, realty market will be cooler around the world. The recent Fan BingBing tax evasion issue in China also caused many people to pay back their "forgotten" tax (in billion yuan) or hide them better. Needless to say, mortgage application is more difficult to get approved than last year. We will see...

Got the 3rd email from Onni to pre-view this project and it includes the price list. I guess they have not gotten enough interest yet. Just a guess.

It seems to me the rental market would thrive when the housing sales slow down. More people would continue to rent and watch the market.. just my opinion, could be totally wrong.

They are not selling all 62 levels at the same time. The info package has floor 8 to 34 and 41 to 59, or 46 levels.
