I love the bender look, not to mention renders I posted several pages back show how nice the skin on this tower will be. It's also going to be LEED Platinum which is a plus. It's tapered bottom and top were design on purpose to help reduce and high winds at sidewalk level according to the architects. Also the original plan called for 1 condo and one office tower on site which no doubt would have been much more contemporary in design which is not what this location deserved.
It's a great height, I'm glad to see the Gumby tower returning, and not facadomizing the building at Front and University, which is a great looking building, especially where it is. (Although it needs to be renovated......the metal cladding on portions of it is a disrespectful nod to the architect)

144 Front isn't part of the development site. I believe it's owned by some Korean speculative investor.
