The Toronto monopoly is getting pretty broken up... lots of diversity, almost all regions of the country included now.

^ Nah, Toronto still has 36/50 of the biggest proposals in the country. Despite only having 20% of the country's population, TO has 72% of all the biggest proposals. So while I agree yes, this list is becoming a tad more diversified (nice to see), it's still overwhelmingly Toronto.

Also, Eau Du Soleil sky tower should be listed at 213m or 699ft.

I see Ramako posted that on UT but hasn't done so here yet:

171 Front will apparently be known as 20 York St and will be 47 or 48 stories, so looks like we've got another 200m tower proposal for Toronto most likely.

Right across the street from the proposed 156 Front street which stands 265 meters. The financial / business district will then continue the march West past Simcoe to John and Peter Streets in the Entertainment District.

^ Yeah Urban Toronto is in the process of writing up a big bombshell story here. Looks like another 200m+ office tower to be proposed in Toronto. Interested in the details over the coming days for sure. A 48 storey commercial building should come in somewhere between the 660 to 700ft range (201 to 214m)

I've got it at 214 meters in my model (just a guess), renders have been around for a while. For some reason nobody seemed to notice when they filed for 47 stories a few months ago and got new renders.

I did and I believe posted about it too. Renderings interest people more than zoning reviews eventhough a zoning review points toward construction.

I actually like it. I like the colour and contrast. Personally I would like to see it built along or near the Gardiner in Toronto.

Now now, there's was no need for you to insult the Christian Life. What's really offensive is Casa's height in feet, which is a crime against God.

Anyways on another matter, I hate the 10,000 post cutoff. Like WS said;

I have to ask, why does Toronto seem to be too shy to build anything over 300m. Even FCP, at 298m; they couldn't have added just 2 more meters? Even the latest string of proposals all cap out in the 290s in height.

88 Scott-(205 meters) is mere days or a few weeks away from beginning.
