I mean curtainwall is nice and the minimum I'd expect at this location, but this design is bland as all get out. Just a box with some balconies. Bleh. At this price point, I'd expect a design that stands out a little more. At least the Four Seasons is symmetrical, whereas this is just some slapdash mish mash.

^ I just realized that it'll block the classic CN Tower shot of the OG Financial District towers. Oh well, too bad.

Yeah, just the short ones though, the CN Tower night view is gonna look like blade runner once Bay Park Place/CIBC Square and The One are completed!

I think instead of those robotic mouth vents, cross bracing similar to The Well would look better.

A cross-brace on just those portions? That would look pretty weird with the curtainwall.
