I totally agree.

Particularly on the music scene, when I think of Seattle, I think of grunge, and when I think of Atlanta, I think of trap.

Also, I think it's going to lead to further gentrification and a similar type of outcry that happened in Seattle. The people who made it a fun, quirky place will probably be kicked out, just like in Seattle.
