The art element, strangely enough, is the tile pattern on the floor. I think there are to be green elements to the white drywall that may help the look.
I'm not too worried about the lobby. Being a commercial building if the lobby is not nice enough the landlord will hear about it from its tenants enough to address it.

Membrane work being done, typical maintenance. Although the replacement scheme may only involve one tennis court and a different amenity replacing the other, I'm not sure what the plan is.
Also some elements of National Bank have moved in, a friend works there and is already in the new office, but I don't know if all elements have.
