For sure. I don't think it would be reasonable to expect new commercial spaces on this block of Hargrave, but lobbies and common spaces at street level can still add a lot to the street.

^ I didn't recognize the site at all (not that there's much context given), but that looks like it would fit very well into the vision for the railside area.

One of the renders shows 360 main in the background... that's all I could recognize though. But yes, I agree this would be great for railside!

Unfortunately what will happen here is that you guys will speculate the shit out of every possible angle for what this could be. Then it will die down and go cold for a while and then.....BAM.....the proposal will come out and
