Thanks! I agree about corporate signage in Denver enhancing most of our buildings. I mean, there are some "trophy" buildings in many cities that I feel look better without any logos (i.e. Library Tower in LA, BofA in Charlotte, Empire State, Chrysler, etc.) - but in Denver, I believe any corporate signage constitutes architectural merit for our buildings that otherwise lack any visual focal points.
1144 was a gamble, since I love the building's design and was worried about corporate signage marring the tower's appearance. However, the OPTIV logo looks great - it doesn't overpower the building, and the small semi-circles above and below the "O" actually complement the sharp angles of the building's roofline. So glad it turned out looking decent; a small consolation prize for the crown not being lit.
