If there's one thing I'm able to do it's eat at good restaurants.

A Giordano’s opened in 2016 but on the west side; a 2nd location is to open up on the east side soon. Once their Paradise Valley location is open (late summer) I do plan to check it out. Giordano’s actually came after a Lou Malnati's opened in Arcadia (comparable to Wash Park/Cherry Creek) and later at Uptown. There's also a Gino's East in central Phoenix/Arcadia area. And yes, there's are two Portillos Hot Dogs, one in Tempe and one in Scottsdale as well as three Vitos locations. Someone got cute and created ChiZona's Pizza. Lastly, there's Chi Town Dogz for your catering needs.

The advantage in Denver is presumably the central city would be the most logical location; that and along the SE corridor.

Anyone know what the two projects under construction on the east side of Lincoln are? The first one is at about 950 N Lincoln St., while the other one is at about 1044 N Lincoln.

I'm not sure I know which project you're referencing with "1044". That's the address of the CBS television studios on Lincoln.

Those guys do some seriously god awful projects. I thought that Dino/Rino project was a joke when I first saw it. And its like they went out of their way to bastardize the 30th and Arapahoe building with that cheap metal siding.

Thanks, guys! That was quick! The renderings don't look great but, hey, it's a for-sale development! Hopefully, it comes out looking okay to justify that price tag.

As for the 1044 development, I believe that the parking lot next to the CBS studio has been torn up. Maybe I'm getting the exact location wrong.

Of interest - Two Tabor Center has been submitted for Site Development Plan approval which is the final step of planning approval.

The project seems to have momentum this time.....

WeWork has recently signed a second lease in Tabor I for a total of five floors. Building is effectively full. Interesting note is that WeWork is leasing one of these floors to Amazon.

WeWork is now focusing on serving corporate clients and more exclusive customers, like lawyers who only need temporary but better, more private options. One example is with companies looking to expand or open up new space could use WeWork's space in the interim to tenant improvements being finished.

With development activity hopefully moving forward on Block 162, El Jebel, and Two Tabor Center in the next year, I'm excited to see Denver's cityscape become more glass dominant. I just got back from San Diego and the skyline there seems much more modern, albeit shorter.
