Odds, in the end, are basically crowd sourcing. A way to eliminate the homers, hubris, and bias. Let's see how the line moves from here out. Essentially this forum itself is a crowd sourcing vehicle. We always have the scoups on new buildings before ANYONE else. We had the CITC first and our scoups are right north of 70%. There is something to be said for crowdsourcing which, again, is really what the odds are moving forward.
