That would be part of their ownership change, I noticed the lot next to the old Ecole Champlain went from platinum to Colliers, although it remains under the same name (Rosaire, I forget his last name). But I believe this one on Northwood (I think that's the name) across from the Hampton was not previously listed with anyone.
I don't know what would fit in next to residential properties and across from a car dealership, a hotel and behind a motel.... you're not exactly talking high traffic volume. All I can see going there, and for that matter at 173 Mapleton, are self storage lots
