The waterfront isn't littered with minimalist boxes. It is litter with fat, boxy, sail themed towers exactly like this one.

I like to switch it up once in a while

2 floors taken off the retail base and 4 floors added to the residential. (At OMB)

That explains why it is now over 1000 feet.

New drawings coming.

That was my belief as well. It satisfies all the height seekers breaking that important "1000ft" barrier.

It appears that the exact dimensions of the crown are still to be finally determined

Those must be the Cityplace Signature Towers, now rebranded as Canada House! At 206m and 233m these towers will be the tallest at Cityplace and add greatly to the skyline of the city especially the view from the island. These look modified from the first version sketches we've seen. The crown looks better.

^Ha that's funny I tweeted on twitter about a year ago about putting a maple leaf ceramic frit on balconies. Concord follows me ... hmm. I was gonna do a Canada Day nimbytect theme which never got finished. Anyways, overall the development is still crap but is gonna sell to 100% mainlanders lol.

I don't know about the first two adjectives, but they definitely are Canadian.

I need to find out if those maple leaf balconies are visible during the day, or are they just lights and only visible at night?
