Question about that Greenland thing... are those towers are going up on a different parcel of land than the 180 Queens Quay E & W proposal was going on?

Just checked. One Bloor has a shoring permit for a few months now. Maybe they were waiting until the decision?

Insanity! With all these approved projects and mature proposals, Toronto in 5 years will be in a whole new league, as structurally mature as similar sized old world cities. It will also be a completed masterpiece by the time the next cycle gets going. Canada's great metropolis, we'll just have to focus on developing more cultural and tourist attractions to complete the recipe.

I believe the city has processed it but is waiting to issue it until they have zoning approval. My understanding at least.

I actually rather like it and is miles ahead of the glass box twins littering the Waterfront. Some colour would be nice but in Toronto it's either blue glass or nothing.
