He has owned the cafe moles building, the BTG wine / oxford building, and the building on the corner for years. 1 or 2 of the building were owned as part of a partnership. He did not own the Naked Fish building or the ugly taller building. I believe the building that he recently got was the Naked Fish building. The taller building, I think was owned by Salt Lake last time I checked.
He had the operunity to buy the building on W Temple and 200 a couple of years ago when it was for sale... he didn't. Probably because of the high price of the property, and limited space. It was probably much more cost effective to get the Naked Fish. I'm sure salt lake will give him a hell of a deal on that last building if he had a nice development.
