Hey SLC projects, since we have a new thread, can you check the broken images to make sure there still is an image, and that said image had a file type tag (jpg usually) because that'd what throws off the image embedded thingy. TY

During the last thread Future Mayor has done a great job at keeping up a updated list of projects that for the most part has a rendering to it. I just copy and paste his list from the old thread to this one. As far as I can tell, FM has uploaded these images the right way since I can view them all. Not sure why you can't see them.
The Shark image works. ( but if you don't mind ) can you please remove it. It's very big and takes up a lot of space and it's not on topic. But it does work.

Update on the Eccles Theater (UPAC). At the RDA meeting last night a lot of the talk revolved around the surrounding mid-block streets.

Did you chumps see that "Love Culture" closed at City Creek? They filed for bankruptcy and closed. It was the store closest to The Cheesecake Factory underneath the gym. Apparently, they owed $1.2 million to Taubman.

You don't need to "get rid" of a thread. If people don't comment on it, it will over time sink to the bottom. There is no reason to delete it simply because most (yes there are still towers to built) of the project i completed. Additionally, FM's updates of condo sales are telling of the market in the downtown area.

May I suggest that we do some clean-up on our proposed projects list?? There are several projects listed that are long dead, or mere fantasy. I nominate:

508SouthTemple
Radi8
Market Station
Wasatch Properties...these projects have been dead since the recession. The Wasatch Properties site has had the new Questar building erected there since the old two-tower rendering was released. These projects are never going to happen.

City Center Lofts
University Station...pure fantasy. There was never even a site for the shipping-container lofts, if I recall. University Station was some architecture student's project, never an actual developer's suggestion.

The Hardage Group project? Isn't that dead? The Brunswick? Any action there in the last couple years?

the next big apartment complex across 500 West from the Gateway
the Boyer Group's residential development on 200 East.

Thanks, very nice. I recommend everyone give a quick read.

However, I did notice, what I assume to be, a typo. Is the theater really only going to cost $160 to construct?? If so, I'd like to make a donation of $155 so that it can be re-named the "George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles and Toys Noiz Theater".
