Perhaps I'm against the majority, but IMO the struggles of Grazing Goat were solely their own and not part of a larger struggle or trend for downtown/Riversdale businesses. Although the space is beautiful, it was far from comfortable or cozy. Although the food was different, I think it completely missed the mark and was consistently underwhelming. The cocktails, although great, were priced very high. I think they missed their opportunity to be the new neighborhood gathering place. Although I don't work at the 220, I rarely see anyone from there enjoying lunch or even after work drinks here.

Hoping someone can take this space and realize its true potential.
