Ya there's tons of multifamily going in the new developments to the north of Regent. I wouldn't really want to live in a sea of cars for sale along Regent, IMO. I dunno, that's just me.

This is great news! A simple solution for the pump house with two building sites ( one on each end) at centre ice. I'm all for the city providing the pump house and land for a dollar plus the tax freeze on the completed site for a number of years.

The previous 20 storey proposal was a night mare! I don't know how anyone in the design community gave it any credibility...

In any case we are on our way for another piece of the East Exchange and Water Front North moving in the right direction.

330 St. Mary is looking pretty snazzy. A lot of the finishing touches are done. Nice, chrome like corner pieces on the building, same with the mullion caps. Nice and shiny. Corner pieces are also quite thick, width wise. Looks really nice.

The Sun is on the wrong side of the building right now. I'll be around in the morning. See if I can get a better one then. This morning the building was shinning.

This side is virtually complete down to the last row of windows above the tarps. In the tarped area, the slanty part, the lines will go horizontally instead of vertically. The other two sides are still be worked on and don't have the finishes on yet. South side has nothing done yet, should start in the next while I would assume.

Thanks so much. Wow, very nice! Just imagine if they added another dozen floors or more...

Here's a few more from today. And I've been using Photobucket. Might try switching to imgur

Went riding last weekend along phase 1 rapid transit, took a pic of the Jubilee Winnipeg development (formerly the Yards at Fort Fouge, I believe?). I can't decide whether I like it or not. it's very red!

Photobucket used to be okay. Like you said, its so slow and full of add pop-ups. I've never used imgur.

Theres a similar coloured apartment that went up on Peguis north of Regent. Almost identical, red with gray. I am also unsure how I feel about it. I don't dislike it. But I don't love it. However, I think as time goes on I'm liking it more than not.

I just learned how to post images. I'm using Imgur, seems pretty quick, simple and straightforward.

At least the red and grey is unique..should end up ok once it's done.

It look like construction/site work has started on Bishop Grandin Crossing (Between Waverly and Pembina)

Last year they were hauling out all the lime from the sugar beat days and building a berm at the dump.

Just checked out the link and looks like they're right on schedule for site servicing and road construction this year. With building construction to begin January 2018.

The construction is for the main access off Bishop. I believe a right-in right-out. They need to build a bridge structure over the drainage ditch. Bomberjet is right in that they hope to see some building construction should hopefully be in 2018.

The surface lot on William by the HSC complex is now fenced off. Some additional HSC building going up?
