Interesting. I wonder just how much reno. A complete gut reno would mean they are there to stay for a while. Or is it just fresh new paint on the walls.
Reason I ponder this question is, what is this sleeping giant's (Crown Plaza) plans for this block? Now that the Events Center is taking shape, Junction Urban Village has begun, Sobey's expansion is underway, etc.
By the way, is Fahda's a good place to eat? Never been and always wondered.
