Being impressed is a subjective matter, i'll give you that, but your underlying logic about why you are unimpressed with YUL's numbers is ultimately flawed.
If i used your logic, I would equally be unimpressed by YYC's numbers, what with the fact that MEM, a city just as populous, handles 50x the cargo that YYC does.
Lucky for Calgarians I don't use your logic.
