That reflects how long it takes to built a tower and the nature of Calgary's economy. None were started during a downturn.

The Bow is easily Calgary's best architectural statement for a skyscraper. The rest of the recent builds which consist of both good and bad are all anonymous examples of corporate architecture.
Not necessarily applicable here but, is brought up frequently. Same goes for the Library and NMC. Putting them both in the same sentence is taking away from the exceptional quality of the Library. It's good and compares well to the rest of the nation but, NMC is really just about the cladding.
