It's probably the project in midtown I am most excited about, but haven't been hearing much other than the roof removal, two new restaurants, and a new gym.
NAP closed on Colony Square November 30, 2015. Therefore, I wouldn't expect to see any renderings before June or July at the earliest.

The banners on the fencing at the site say Trace and link the website. They just put the wrong address in the Google Maps plugin on their website. That location by Lenox comes up on Google Maps for 782 Peachtree Road instead of 782 Peachtree Street which correctly comes up as 5th & Peachtree

But look at the gallery, especially the exterior pictures... it's a 4-5 story building, and I'm pretty sure they're not renderings, so where's the rest of the skyline? I don't think any of those pictures are of 782 Peachtree.

They're just generic pictures that they either have access to or from other projects showing the level of finishes they associate with their project. Its an opportunity for them to begin building a list of interested tenants. Going to be a lot of competition coming up in the next year or so in Midtown.

They are shots of the amenities deck in the center of the building it all lines up with the design.

Also,

Alta Midtown has a nifty new site: http://www.altamidtown.com/

782 Peachtree is being called Trace Midtown: http://www.tracemidtown.com/
Pretty awesome that Alta Midtown is getting an outdoor pizza oven as an amenity. Definitely a step up from just having grills. This is one building I really wish were going condo. Great location, awesome wrap around corner balconies/views, and the floor plans look nice.

Anyone want to guess what these WOULD be going for if they were for sale condos?

It's really not. Just walked over there, there are 8 stories above the pool decks, it's not even finished, there's still protective coverings on the windows and no railings. One of the images in the gallery shows cars parked right outside what I assume is the office, there's nowhere like that in 782. I think the site is in an incomplete state and is actually referring to a different property until they get shots of 782.

Hi there, my name is Liana Moran and I represent North American Properties. Thank you for your continued interest in Colony Square. It really is an exciting project for our community. An unimaginable amount of work is going on behind the scenes with architects, placemakers, walkability consultants, designers, structural building engineers, potential retailers and restaurants, etc. It took Colony Square 48 years to get to this point - it may take our team a few more months to unravel its mysteries and reimagine its future. We expect to make some announcements within the next month. Stay tuned!

Any idea what's planned at the site of Fellini's at 2809 Peachtree Rd NE?

A ZRB/Rezoning application was recently filed for the property for rezoning from rezoning from C-1 to MRC-2.

Funny enough, the rendering depicts Dallas' Klyde Warren Park.

I'm excited to see how Park Over GA400 turns out.

Awesome! I have been very pleased to see the focus on placemaking with the Colony Square renovation.

Thank you for the response. I think we are all very excited about this proposal. It could be a game changer for the northern end of Midtown. I can imagine great things here...

Thanks very much for the update. As an active user of the Goethe Centrum at CS, I am very pleased to see the progress on this important center in midtown.

There is a sign now up for Supercuts at the University House building.

Also attended a shindig for the NCR building and I am not sure there will be any street retail. It will officially be 20 floors (7 floors of parking with 13 floors of office on top, but the ground floor is going to be mostly for heavy equipment lab space since it will be too heavy for any higher up floors. There will be a coffee shop on the 2nd floor of the spring street area, but dunno if it would be open to the public.

So? I don't see the point in your statement. Have you ever been to DC or NYC? Buildings that comprise only office space above a ground-level lobby are actually quite common.

I'm not complaining, I just know it had not been clear if there would be any street retail, and so I was just clearing that up. Also clearing up that it is shorter than many believed.

I'd also add that it was confirmed parking would be free and that there would not be enough parking for everybody within the parking deck as part of the building but to resolve that they will be leasing spots in the Centergy deck as well for employees.
