22 14th Street is not "L-shaped". The model depicts Phase III (bottom right) of Related's project (hotel/residential/more retail).

What lot would it go on? It's hard to tell.

I have a note into the person who sent them to me. Looks like it may be built atop the Whole Foods. I'll post details as soon as I get them.

Another big project announcement coming in May. I wish I could share details.

Something on whole foods would make sense, but the model shows what appears a small mid rise in the middle of the lot. The L you refer to i would put money on is Atlantic House across Spring St.

Eitherway, thanks for sharing! Any new news is exciting and hopefully brings more foot traffic to the area. I'm loving seeing Midtown fill in.

Is the big announcement in May related to this or something completely different?

Another - Downtown.

Actually two, one in Downtown and one in Buckhead (TowerPlace/TowerWalk redevelopment). The Downtown project could exceed $500 million development.

This must be the Philips Arena/Gulch project, right? That's the only development we've heard that would exceed 500 million.

It actually looks like the mid rise you're referring to is the pool deck on the side of the main building, so I don't really know what the new part is.

On the 6th Street side, I don't think QuikTrip will be the only new Viewpoint tenant. It looks like they're building something out in those new spaces in the garage. They also installed some lattices on Skyhouse that are lit up at night a little while ago. It's turning into a pretty nice little plaza, it's easy to forget what a depressing hole it was just a year ago.

Don't expect an announcement soon but it will be a tenant that will be moving from a location a few blocks away farther South so nothing to get excited on if you're looking for something "new".

Its on the Viewpoint Starbucks door. Starbucks will close this week and reopen in the new spot.

Also,

Alta Midtown has a nifty new site: http://www.altamidtown.com/

782 Peachtree is being called Trace Midtown: http://www.tracemidtown.com/

The map on their homepage seems to indicate that 782 Peachtree is just north of Lenox Mall. Tryin' to keep it classy, huh?

Nothing on that website seems to be related to 782 Peachtree. The gallery doesn't look like the project at all.

Anyone have any intel on what's going on over at Colony Square. It's been months since NAP purchased it - if they are planning for a July 2018 unveiling, you would think we would know more about their plans (other than to remove the roof). It's probably the project in midtown I am most excited about, but haven't been hearing much other than the roof removal, two new restaurants, and a new gym.
