This has always bothered me. I can see people taking pattullo bridge to skip the toll but AFB? I've even read some articles that say the traffic nightmare at the GMT is because of the toll skippers. Now my question is, where are all these people headed? Are people actually that dumb that they would drive that far around just to stick it to the man?
