Not a big fan of the rain/cost of living, but having been to all 3 (Van, TO, MTL) fairly recently and done a fair share of urban exploring in each, I'd say Vancouver offers the best overall urban experience, and easily wins in the aesthetics department. Not sure what's up with some of these posts though it's par for the course here, guess the predictable cgy bashing got put on the back-burner for a quick second.

I will say that Vancouver really felt like a slice of Southern Ontario that somehow wound up on the wrong side of Alberta.

Many Vancouverites are Southern Ontario transplants anyway, including me

In elementary school 2 out of my 5 best friends were Southern Ontario family transplants.

I think it is just more to do with the age of the cities, the core settlements in BC (especially the south coast) are somewhat older than those in Alberta and Saskatchewan, so it gets more of an "Ontario" feel. Also the density of having nearly 4 million people on the South Coast (you drive through many mid sized cities in relatively close proximity to each other, such as Chilliwack - Abbotsford - Metro-Vancouver and Campbell River - Courtney / Comox - Nanaimo - Duncan - Metro Victoria).

moi je vois un centre-ville dense qui va s'agrandir vers l'ouest. On voit l'Avenue qui va se placer en arrière de la tour Deloite, et les nouvelles tours YUL-HI +TDC2 et Lucien l'Allier. On va avoir un beau petit core ouest d'ici 2 ans. Le Quad Windsor va étendre le DT vers le sud.
