No it isn't. Calling people names, accusing each other of being trolls, saying that one another should be banned, accusing one another of being pathetic and stalking one another, and so on may be vigorous, but it isn't discussion or debate. This is the type of thing I frequently witness and it is inane and mind numbing.
Now to be honest, I'm not that familiar with the skybar and mostly talking about the regular forums.
