There is something about this angle / shot that is increadibly Pacific Northwest in feel.

The atmosphere in this shot can only be captured in Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland IMO.

This picture really shows how the mountain has a diminutive effect on the skyline seen from the south. I'm not bashing on our beloved Mount Royal, but that's simply the way it is! It's what makes it look unique as well

Like the Stanley, these are projects both going up in a pretty balanced part of town in terms of amenities/convenience/greenery/price points, that I'd love to buy in, but like 1 Bloor, Massey Tower, and another project around Dundas/Jarvis, they all share the same rounded balcony motif, which is too soft for my tastes.
