Mulcair will be in the incumbent's position for the Quebec-centric debates so I'm expecting him to be under fire by everyone, therefore giving Harper somewhat of a break. The pressure will be on Mulcair, he's pretty much the only one who has anything to lose (and not much to hope to gain).
You can be 100% sure the niqab business will show up. Harper and especially Duceppe will be delighted to bring it up.
