^ KR looks great.

I'm curious on the status of the Our Parents and J22 projects.

Any pics of the J22?

That picture makes it look depressingly like an eastern european communist block.

That said, I'm not sure if blue sky and sun shine would make it any better.

I don't like it.

KR looks great, J22 pic looks like he took it through a ziplock bag or something. It's not great, but not the end of the world either.

Walked by J22 yesterday. Although there's nothing you can do about the massing, it's not quite as bad as that picture would make it out to be. Still dark and grey though. In person it kinda looks like a giant kitchen appliance. I think I dislike the podium which reeks of a mid-eighties office block moreso than the tower component.

So, what part is "not quite as bad as that picture would make it out to be"?
Because the way you described it makes it out to be as bad as the picture, if not worse..

To be honest surprised they are still there... Also look at who owns them. How about a Simons ^in their location?

2 levels, smallish but decent space, LRT and pedway connections, MASSIVE visibility.

If CityTV is going to move to the Ice District, hopefully Sonic 102.9 and Bounce does likewise.
