Is that really Westmount Mall? I think that's the strip mall north of it that has Rexall and DQ.

Not too bad. Could lose the parking lot but not too bad. Slabs have their purpose.

I think that the owner is actually trying to sell that site off now. Could be a good thing if a new owner doesn't run with the existing proposal and brings it up a few notches.

Wow, I post a picture of an undiscussed development and it ends up in front of a firing squad.

I believe this is supposed to be seniors residences. This is just north of Westmount Mall, the same developer owns the mall as well as other places like the "Brewery District".

There are site plans in .pdf that you can look at if you go to the website.

That is a seniors residence being developed by CDL Homes known as Westmount Village.

The empty lot immediately north of Wild Earth on 99 St, where The Cone ice cream stand was located, is being dug up. Anyone know what's being built there?

Local musicians and artists are asking Edmonton city council to save two buildings slated for demolition to make room for the Valley LRT line.

The city-owned Graphic Arts Building on Jasper Avenue near 95th Street hosts small music shows and cheaply rents space to local artists and musicians, organizer Will Zimmerman said Saturday. The Mitchell and Reed Auction House is next door. Both have been arts centres.
